Hi there, you're probably reading this because you're looking for a reliable web hosting company with great support. Since you are reading my review, let me recommend Rackspace. In my experience you can sit back and pretty much let them deal with any problems that come up, while you deal with your clients. Not that you're going to have many problems, because you won't.

Their uptime is excellent, they've always given us very good support, and our account manager does an outstanding job. On the other hand, you need to know that Rackspace is more expensive than some of the others out there. They say you get what you pay for, and that's true. Rackspace is more expensive because they provide the best service. 5 stars for absolutely worry-free hosting.
