Haven't found anybody better yet

In my experience, Rackspace may cost a little more than some of the other companies I dealt with, but the support they provide makes it worth it. Don't get me wrong; if someone else came along with service just as good at lower price I would not be adverse to making the switch. But I haven't found anybody yet.

So anyway, in the couple of years I've been with Rackspace they've always provided a reliable system that rarely goes down. I love the control panel and the ticket system, and I've never had a support issue that they didn't get right to. Whenever I contact them they roll up their sleeves and get right to work until it's fixed. I've never had them blow me off like some of the other reviews I've read, so I don't know what to say there. But anyway, if you've got a little extra money to spend I would definitely recommend Rackspace for your web hosting service.
