I recommend Rackspace without reservation.

My company has been using Rackspace for our hosting needs for the last five years. We are pretty small company with a limited budget and not as many needs as a big company, but we've got nothing but good things to say about Rackspace.

When we signed up we were given our own personal business account manager with the responsibility of making sure we're taken care of in every area of our service. On the rare occasion he can't help us solve a particular problem he can always refer us to someone who can.

When we use phone support it's simply a matter of calling in and being transferred to the appropriate support engineer. And since they have 24/7 support we've never had trouble getting through. The support staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help.

As for their ticket system, we don't use it much but it is good. I would recommend Rackspace to other small companies without reservation.
