The only thing I don't like about Rackspace is their expensive price. I was with them for quite a while with one server and was very happy with the service and support. The only reason I left them was because I couldn't afford it any longer. I can tell you that if you're willing to pay a little more you'll get probably the best support in the business. They're available 24 hours a day on the telephone or online chat. They also have the normal ticket support like everybody else. If you have the money, I would recommend the quality of Rackspace any day.
