Only been with Rackspace a short time so I really can't comment on their tech support or overall uptime. But I was very happy with the service I got during the setup process. They also did me right when I originally contacted them about signing up. I used the online chat a lot during my set up, which proved to be helpful, and the techs on the other end were very helpful and quick with the right answers to my questions. So far so good.
